Sara Mannarino

Sara Mannarino (M.A., C.C.C., N.D.) is a clinician currently in the process of licensure as a counsellor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and has more than five years of experience working in crisis intervention and the field of mental health.
Sara has a passion for helping others by promoting a therapeutic environment that is nonjudgmental, safe, empathic, and welcoming to all individuals that are fourteen years of age or older. Sara works with a diverse population of individuals seeking support for a variety of needs including challenges associated to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress management associated to work, school or life transitions, grief, and self-esteem to name a few. Sara strives to promote the wellbeing of her clients through a multimodal approach to treatment, pulling from various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices to prioritize each client’s needs. Sara is a firm believer in meeting her clients where they are at, to promote a trustworthy, caring, and compassionate therapeutic alliance. Sara’s approach to therapy aims to supportively challenge her clients in ways that can lead to an increased sense of self-awareness and therefore foster personal growth.
