Serena Kubic, M.A., is a clinician currently in the process of licensure as a Counsellor.
Serena finds it important to create an environment for her clients that is safe, and nonjudgmental, so that her clients feel comfortable to share what challenges they may have.
She draws from multiple approaches such as person-centered, and solution focused. She primarily uses more of a cognitive behavioral approach to help her clients.
Serena works with diverse populations experiencing a variety of challenges that can include anxiety, depression, grief, issues in self esteem, stress, and individuals with difficult life transitions. She can work with clients who speak both French and English.
